What is NGFF file format?
Is the new file format currently in development for XPS. Basically is an OBJ with a few features added, such as armatures and vertex color. And just as .mesh.ascii the new file format is composed be text files that can be modified in any text editor.
For more info about the this format check NewGenericFileFormat by XNAaraL
Try playing with this new format, but keep in mind that it's under development, future changes can break compatibility. If you want to keep a model safe, stick to .xps / .mesh / .mesh.ascii

Each File is a different version of the addon. Recommend to just download the latest.
RenderGroupTester.zip is a model that displays all the rendergroups in the same model, it as also ben updated to include the recent changes in the RGs.

New version of the addon for blender 2.8x.
Whats new?
The new version of XNA Posing Studio 11.8.9 introduces a new file format that supports more than 4 weights per vertex.

So this version of the addon adds support to import/export these new version.
The file formats are:
XPS v3: Support more than 4 weights per vertex
XPS v2: 4 weights per vertex limit.
The other new thing is a new node group, "XPS Shader". This node group is used to export material textures into the XPS model.
No more white models in XPS!!!!

XPS tools 2.0.0 (for Blender 2.80 final release)
It's finally here!!! Blender 2.80 is finally here!!!
So a new version of XPS tools is necessary for this version of blender.
XPS tools 2.0.0 only work in Blender 2.80. so make sure you download the version of the addon for the version of Blender you want to use.
Blender 2.80 ==> v2.0.0
Blender 2.79 ==> v1.8.7
Change Log.
Not much difference with previous versions of the addon, mostly API changes.
The biggest change is that the addon no longer export materials to XPS. Why?
In blender 2.80 Internal materials is gone (F for blender internal), all materials are done with nodes. This makes more difficult to export the material, othe

The one I use works well with 2.8. but my camera renders a different pose than the one in my viewport. Is this a glitch? I hope it's just a detail I am missing.
I reset my pose and only use one camera, but the render is always the same old pose regardless.
